Tänkte bara visa varför det ekat så sjukt tomt här på bloggen. Här har jag varit den senaste tiden. På ön Hachijō-jima. Vårat internet fungerade inte något vidare så blev inga uppdateringar där, så bjässar på en bildbomb nu istället. Den största bildbomben slängde jag på mina facebook-vänner så ni kan pusta ut, blir bara en medelstor bildbomb på bloggen. Har så mycket jag vill visa och berätta men ska försöka hålla det kort.
Hachijō-jima ligger ungefär 50 minuters flygresa från Tokyo. Tillhör dock Tokyo området, så rent tekniskt är det som att man chillar i Tokyo även fast man är ute på en ö och guppar runt i vattnet. Vi hade med en perfekt guide, våran kompis Masashi, han är nämligen uppvuxen på ön och har sin familj där. Vi blev varmt mottagna av Masashis underbara familj, vi gjorde allt möjligt. från att sjunga karaoke till att bada och ha strand BBQs. Känner mig så hedrad som fick ta del av deras tid tillsammans!
Och insekter kan man kika på, i mängder! Och de som känner mig vet att det är något jag gärna gör. Ofta, länge och gärna.
Under edo perioden så fungerade ön som ett stort fängelse för politiska brottslingar. För att byta till sig mat så fick de bära stenar, stenar som dessa murar längst vägarna byggdes av.
Detta foto kallar jag "främmande ensamma kalsonger framför sten."
Det här, det ser inte så mycket ut för omvärlden, men kan vara något av det godaste jag tryckt in i munnen. Är helt vanlig kakigoori, rakad is, men med kaffe och mjölk. Så jävla gott så jag tänker på den minst en kvart om dagen sen jag käkade den på Hachijō-jima. Så kände ett behov att helt ologiskt slänga in den mitt i alla foton på vackra utsikter. Varsågod!
Dessutom så kan man traska runt på lavasten när man ändå är där och titta på Hachijō Kojima, den obebodda grannön som Battle Royale spelades in på.
Nämnde jag föresten att det är sjukt jävla vackert där?!

Just thought I'd show you why the blog have been so empty for a couple of days. I have been on the island of Hachijo-jima. Our internet did not work that good there so no updates except for instagram when I was there. I give you a giant of picture bomb now instead. You have to scroll back and forth to match the english text with the photos, sorry! Have so much I want to show and tell, but will try to keep it short. Hachijo-jima is approximately a 50 minute flight from Tokyo. However it belongs to Tokyo, so technically, it's like your are chillin in Tokyo even though you're on an island out in the ocean and bobbing around in the water. We had a great guide, our friend Masashi, he grew up on the island and have his family there. We were warmly welcomed by Masashis lovely family, we did everything possible. from singing karaoke to swim and have beach BBQs. I feel so honored that I got to take part of their time together! At the island you can also look at the glowing mushrooms. So we took the opportunity to do so after hanging on the beach for some days. Yep, totally true, they have bioluminescent mushrooms there! Crazyness! And insects to look at, in quantities! And those who know me know that it's something I love doing. Often and for long time. During the Edo period, the island worked as a big prison for political criminals. For food the prisoners got to carry rocks from the beach up here on the mountain and build fancy walls. Back to less serious things. You can also walk around on lava stone when you're there and look at Hachijo Kojima, the uninhabited neighboring island where Battle Royale was filmed. By the way did I mention that the island is fucking beautiful?!
